A delightful vegan dish featuring tender roasted green beans paired with crunchy hazelnuts, infused with garlic for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients: 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1/2 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Place the green beans on a baking sheet. Add olive oil and toss the beans to coat them. Put chopped hazelnuts and garlic that has been minced on top of the green beans. Add pepper and salt. Place the green beans in an oven that has already been heated. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring them once, or until they are soft and slightly browned. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more chopped hazelnuts.

Ingredients: 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed. 2 tbsp olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp sea salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Coat the green beans all over with olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Put the green beans on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer. Toss the green beans around halfway through the roasting time of 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven until they are soft and have a few blisters on them. Take it out of the oven and serve it hot.
