My brain is enraptured with the idea of Robert dating a "cursed armor" superhero. Armor that automatically passes itself down onto the next in the family line when the host dies, from a family that goes back to medieval times so they've been passing down the same first name..
I feel like Robert would notice the parallel with their names being passed down but wouldn't put it together that the mech suit parallels cursed armor 💀 In his head armor= magic, mech= not, so he automatically separates it from his superhero archtype. Until its inevitably pointed out. Then he's like oh shit yeah that's the most obvious shit ever how did I not see that.
