There's been canonically disabled transformers and posts about them, wheelchairs and canes and synesthesia and blindness and muteness and arthritis etc, but i've been thinking about disabilities transformers could have that aren't exactly the same as the disabilities humans can have.
Like issues with transformation, which could stem from your body or your t-cog. If you can't transform completely or at all because your kibble formed wrong it could propably be surgically corrected if there was resources, but if the issue is in your t-cog it's harder or impossible and you're either in bot mode or altmode and can't switch. (Ravage has this in my TFP Rewrite series and TFP SG series, he's a normal beastformer but was born in cat mode and can't turn humanoid)
And because computers need to cycle air to cool themselves, that should propably apply to transformers' brains and internal organs too — and if your cooling system isn't working at full capacity, you're in constant danger of getting brain and organ damage or dying because of the overheating, possibly without that much stress or extertion. (In my fan continuity Transformers: Resistance, Firestormer (Firestar) has a damaged cooling system because she vented in toxic fumes and other harmful stuff as a firefighter). If transformers use chemical warfare during the Great War, corrosive gases would propably also cause this condition if survived.
