Another enhancement by team FLECKABEN / loumilouminosus , ロケット団の幹部  Rocket's Admin by Ken Sugimori, from the 2004 TCG set "Ex Team Rocket Returns". This Admin design later became Sird in the manga "Pokémon Special"

Best resolution pics of the new admins. I like Arlo best. (I also hope for some pretty distinct personalities like we got with the main-game Rocket admins. I'm so curious about what they're going to be like.)

My Pokemon Archer Charm design is done! I’ll be uploading Pokemon Villain charm preorders this friday (July 21st) and having them up until August 18th! Cliff's got blue on his uniform, so I guess he's our evil counterpart to Mystic?

Meanwhile, Arlo's got red streaks and his outfit reminds me of a firefighter uniform, so he's obvi Valor. I had him reversed with Cliff the other day when we got the glitched images since I thought he was in a parka.

Lastly, there's Sierra, who I figured would be our counterpart to Instinct with the lightning bolts in her outfit's design.
