It's a great day to be alive. No matter where you are in your day, or whether your day is good or bad, you're earthside...making it work (or not). My kids gave me this artwork for my birthday and it sits on my desk as a constant reminder to be thankful for each day that I have in this realm. We have conferences tonight, so it's a "bring the kids to the office" kind of afternoon. My office is my sanctuary and my kids feel super special when they get to hang out. I also ask them for feedback on the space and whether or not I need more books, art supplies or toys for kids. I work with entire families, so I want to make sure that my office has a kid-friendly vibe. The only feedback I've gotten so far is that I need to make sure that there are always clementines and treats.
