With a vision of expertise, an announcement of contour focus, and a draw from surrealism, designer Jean Charles escaped the defective realm and created a more disciplined collection. Disciplined yet stroked with excitement and detail. Look closely and really embrace the clean folds that top one another and form a distinct image. The surreal faces camouflaging the fabrics were one thing, but the handling of the courser fabrics to create new and lively designs with tucks and flips were so brilliant that even faces mixed in the fur were overlooked. One design, a paneled plum coat, distinctly stood out with the abundance of exaggerated folds and its bubbled collar. It created a new model for a staple piece, but still subsumed the inure collection. There stood a variety of different techniques but not one was left unfinished or better yet unseemly, they were all rich with a familiar consistency that Charles seems to hold strong. The angelic floor length trench with paneled shoulders was yet another design that consumed a very high stature with an unduly crown. When does it stop? You go through and through the collection and the images grow each time with more diversion as you see new and exciting details. A close look can open your eyes to a world of new conceptions, and that is what you call true art.
