Vandaag is het zondag Rogate, de 5e zondag na Pasen. De zondag wordt in de katholieke kerk wel eens de Bidzondag genoemd. De zondsgspsalm is psalm 66, met name vers 20: ‘God is gezegend: mijn gebed heeft Hij niet afgewezen en zijn liefde heeft Hij mij niet ontzegd’ (Today is Sunday Rogate, the 5th Sunday after Easter. Sunday is sometimes called Pray Sunday in the Catholic Church.
