Sally had made sure she had done all that she needed to do to make it to the plantation on time, and that required more than several glances at her watch since time was always a fuzzy concept for her. She had been having a great day so far with no visions in sight and she had to admit that she was pretty excited about the piano lessons.
The piano had always been the ginger’s absolute favorite! There was something so beautiful in the way those ivory and ebony keys flowed together to create such enthralling music. Piano pieces captivated her the most and it was why the red head had taken the initiative to try and teach herself back home. It would of worked, she was getting fairly decent at it, but her father had stopped her practice finding that he didn’t have the patience to hear her blunders.
Sally immediately forced all thoughts of her father away. She was not going to allow him to ruin her day and besides, that was all in the past now. She was going to be meeting up with Roger and she didn’t want her past tainting it all.
Admittedly, the red head was glad that she was going to be able to see him again. He had been so sweet to her at the park and the fact that she had managed to make a new friend delighted her! All fears of visions aside, she was excited.
Stepping into the plantation, Sally allowed her eyes to happily scan the area as she heard the familiar sound of dogs barking along. She loved dogs and was beginning to wonder how many of them were actually in here when her thoughts slipped away as she caught the person she had been looking for, a meek but very sweet smile falling over lips.
“Hi, I hope I didn’t just interrupt in anything… that’s the one thing my timing is actually good at.”
