NAME; Alice Belefleur AGE; 21 SPECIES; Nephilim FACE CLAIM; Holland Roden

✗ For as long as she could remember Alice never really felt like she fit within the Belefleur family, it was clear to see that her older brothers, Thorin and Oakley, were the stars of the family and she was nothing but a mere annoyance. Someone who was always there but never wanted, for years she tried to fix that, watching as her brothers trained from the sidelines and tried to copy each move they made, each pose, each attack. She’d spend hours alone repeating the movements over and over until they were near perfection hoping to seek some sort of recognition from her family, yet she never did.

✗ As she grew she learned to accept that this was the way it was always going to be, she could try and try but there was no way she was budging into the winning circle, she’d always be bronze to the twins gold. So she simply traveled with her family, to institute after institute around the world, slipping into the background as usual and picking up skills from the people that she met.

✗ Despite her family thinking that she’s weak and unable to live up to the twins expectations, Alice is rather skilled. She has a stronger advantage when it comes to long range weapons, but also has extensive knowledge about different demons, downworlders and ways to approach certain situations without going in guns blazing. However like her brothers she can be hot-headed, stubborn and very rarely likes to say that she’s wrong.

✗ One day enough was enough for her, she couldn’t stand being treated then way she was in this family so she decided to start fresh. She told her parents she was leaving and they so much as blinked an eyelid in her direction, it’s why she never said goodbye to her brothers either, thinking their reaction would be entirely the same. Moving to the New York Institute was the right choice for her, no one knew her and often challenged her on her name not having heard of a third Belefleur, but at least people were seeing her now. Seeing what she could do.

✗ Though she thought she was going to lose what she had just as quickly as she had gained it when Thorin turned up at the Institute having followed her. She has a lot of resentment towards her brother, but she’s willing to get over it and start anew with him, truly learning who one another are in hopes that they can be the siblings she always wished they could have been.

Woah, is that [HOLLAND RODEN]! Oh wait, it’s [ALICE BELEFLEUR]. She is a [21] year old Shadowhunter and is [ENTHUSIASTIC] and [AFFABLE] as well as [JEALOUS] and [FEISTY]. Their weapon of choice is [TRIDENT] and their go to rune is [ENDURANCE].

So for some reason we decided to go trail hiking as a family.

Nobody's dead, we made it back safe,we  made it all the way to the waterfall and yes, even the kids.

There’s just too much beauty to see and so little time.
