Enjoy this sweet vegan dessert that is also good for you. Silken tofu makes the base creamy, and vegan chocolate and maple syrup make it sweet. added fresh raspberries on top to make it taste even better.
Ingredients: 1 cup silken tofu. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup fresh raspberries.
Instructions: Melt the vegan chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat while stirring all the time. Melt the chocolate and put it in a blender. Add the silken tofu, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Put the mix into bowls or glasses for serving. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours. Before you serve, put fresh raspberries on top. Have fun!
