"Dahlia" (codename) is a fugitive 60 y/o former nurse who ran away with her ex pilot late wife; "Iris" on a secluded off-grid farm somewhere in Texas. Sometime on that farm when she was 40, she had an accidental encounter with "extraterrestrial life" known as 'Cybertronians'. Dahlia housed and in her words, raised these Cybertronians (4 of them to be exact, Buckshot being one of them) despite being unfamiliar with the species. They had all apparently had their memories wiped and couldn't recall anything but their names attached to the escape pods they crash landed onto Earth with. With time, they all developed a familiar sense with the English language and engulfed themselves in human culture. Dahlia considered them all one big family, and treated them as such. Although tragedy struck when Dahlia's wife unfortunately passed after an unknown disease caught up to her, leading to a distraught drive into the city where a grieving Dahlia would ask for Iris to be cremated. Thus allowing a gov. secret service (Martyrs Of Tomorrow) to incidentally mark her and their family in pursuit of the Cybertronian lifeforms with just one visit. After the passing of her wife, she strayed from the city in protection of her family, she only occasionally but covertly goes for important things. Years have passed and since then she has housed 4 more people (Rose being one of them) all with different stories. "Rose" (codename) is a 51 y/o former first grade teacher, He found himself under Dahlia's care after being unfairly fired from his job. He was suffering from homeless, crashing on strangers' couches for so long hopping from job to job. Rose eventually wandered onto her farm debilitated after hitching a ride from a stranger and saving himself from almost getting kidnapped via jumping out of the car. When Dahlia found him she hesitated at first but ultimately decided to take Rose in, under the condition that he helps around. They met 4 years ago and he's been caring for her and her farm ever since.
