The Rosenites....

A group of people famous for their part plant and part vampire nature who typically live within the oasis of Arri. They are either born as Rosenites or can be turned, similar to vampires. The plants within their bodies helps them connect with the magic of the world around and exist in sunlight just like any other human while their vampirism gives them strength and speed. 

Water is their greatest weakness. Most Rosenites have difficulty with traveling on sea or land due to their strong connection to the ground. You can tell if a person is a Rosenite due to their red-green eyes and the short fangs in their smile. 

Naturally born sons are rare so the Rosenites usually consist of women. However, they do not worry about pureblooded nice since anybody can be turned and when they partner with a human or a vampire they will usually have a Rosenite child.

Known for their singing voices and their overwhelming power, most agree that to pick a fight with a Rosenite is to pick a fight with death.

Facts about Rosenites Part 1

Rosenites are 85% female for their population

The population influx is due to their curse

The Curse was brought on by the witches after Willow fled -- So that the race wouldn't repopulate

What the witches didn't know was that when breeding with humans and vampires the babies become completely Rosenite -- the blood of the Rosenites is far more strong than the vampires and witches

Most Rosenites are scared of flying or traveling by boat -- This may be caused by them being made of the earth.

The flesh eating plant that made them makes them highly sick

Their canines are fangs but not long and can't grow

Rosenites all have singing voices, sort of like a mating call

Their eyes are green with red around the iris (for the most part like any gene there could be a chance it isn't.. but the Rosenite eyes are the dominate of all genes)

When Willow was first made before her hair turned snow white.. her hair was every color existing -- That's why when one of her blood is born there's a possibly it doesn't have the hair color of the mother or father.

The Females of the race are territorial towards each other.. when it comes to mates.. You don't cheat on a Rosenite and they don't share with each other. If you get caught.. well you die.. Willow has tried to make laws but it appears that the race itself is still very much new and still has kinks in it.

Over the course of Willow's life their skin has become a little tan.. They do live in the desert

There are two Rosenite civilizations -- I will get to this next post.

There are SIX Rose colors associated with each Rosenite color

The Rosenite symbol is the Rose.. Depending on where you are the color of the rose changes

In the generations leading up to the five Rosenite sisters only one male Rosenite was ever birthed. (At least in Willow's blood relatives)

The Rosenites are my race.. For almost nine years I've worked on them. This blog is to tell their story..
