❛ that is one way of seeing it , dare i say quite optimistic ❜ there was allot of variables to that statement , what qualifies as a victim , survivors of what ? the idea of all victims having graves was . . . unrealistic really. he would know.

oh, did she. it was truly an understatement as she walked alongside him, her hands white knuckle gripping the shotgun she had so recently used on her own father. she'd found a few more bullets, not that she wanted to use them, but felt a bit of solace knowing that she wouldn't be completely helpless should the two of them be separated. her fluttering heart had finally settled into a steady rhythm -- less because of her acclimation and more because of the fact that she had run out of adrenaline for the time being. elena's eyes moved back to the man, curiosity so plainly written on her face that she could no longer push it down.

"you seem surprised by many of these things -- but you move as though you've done this before." at least, that's what she'd been noticing. after her screaming had finally stopped, after her tunnel vision receded so that she could take a look at the bigger picture in front of them... there was just something about his movements.

"like a man who has not farmed for years being able to harvest wheat without needing to be taught again. were you a soldier?"

𝐀𝐓  𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓,  𝐈𝐓  𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐒  𝐇𝐈𝐌  𝐅𝐎𝐑  𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒  ;  strange,  as  the  bond  that  binds  them  is  quiet,  when  around  him  it  feels  so  loud,  it  burns.  No,  everything  feels  too  cool,  too  calm.  The  Red  Pyramid  Thing  stares  at  Ethan  through  the  cage  on  its  head  ;  its  large  body  is  unmoving,  except  for  the  minor  twitch  of  its  fingers  —  three  of  which  look  fused  together  under  its  gloves.  The  ground  behind  him  bears  a  large  gash  in  the  earth  that  trails  behind  him  from  the  great  knife  held  in  its  left  hand.  He  looks  similar  to  James  at  a  glance,  but  it  quickly  realizes  that  it's  wrong.

𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒  𝐈𝐒  𝐍𝐎𝐓  𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒.  But  this  man  holds  some  regrets,  doesn't  he?  He,  too,  requires  punishment,  doesn't  he?  It's  difficult  to  tell,  for  the  executioner  was  not  made  for  him.  It  was  not  created  to  open  his  eyes.  It's  curiosity,  however,  gets  the  better  of  it,  and  slowly  it  starts  to  move  again;  slowly  stepping  towards  Ethan  with  no  sound  other  than  the  blade  dragging  behind  it  and  the  deep  breathing  from  its  rusted  prison and its loud footsteps on the ground.

impersonal , amoeba , cleaner ?

he doesn't dislike them but doesn't love them either ? unlike plants which he does enjoy they have a tendency to be more unpredictable , at least without some kind of 'treat.' insects are an exception given their social hierarchies and structure being fascinating.

computer - are they tech savvy?

if you ask him personally he'll deny it out of obligation as it's considered polite to reject it somewhat in social settings but to him it's just another language just with less words and clear instructions. when it comes to coding , errors or resets it's the main those are his main skills but given enough time he could possibly fix the physical repairs as well.

crackers - do they prefer sweet or salty snacks?

as someone who strays from consuming normal foods by any means he doesn't really have a preference though if he had to choose it would probably be sweet. mainly for the sake of keeping hydration up , sodium would do the opposite.

his first time eating sweets did confuse him because of the amount of saliva that it produces even in small amounts.

🎂. How would they celebrate their birthday?

they don't unless you count the yearly controls and updates on his condition as a whole. it's nothing more than a few numbers in a particular order that happen like any other day besides he wasn't really ' birthed ' but rather lab-made.

that aside he does wish others happy birthday once he hears others say it , he isn't actually aware of the date nor does he memorize it. yet alone how old they are turning.

🤬. How often do they swear?

it's few and far between , education wise it was frowned upon and as he was instructed to interact with other employees in a civil way , it was not really something he picked up on. he does know a few swears but none of the severe kind , mainly from observing said employees in their normal environment.
