The photo above shows Alan Marcuson (sales director of Rotosound in the 1960’s) in Abbey Road studios while they were recording ‘The Piper at the Gates of Dawn’ in 1967.

Syd Barrett was using our Stainless steel electric guitar strings (as well as his Zippo lighter!) and Roger Waters the Flatwound RS77’s.
