How Do Item Boxes Work?
So I've seen people question how Item Boxes work in the Mario World, or more specifically if the roulette we see is an actually thing.
So something I established in a previous post is that the blocks in the Mario world are literal and made of different materials. That they also also have differing effects.
We in Mario games the is a block called the Roulette Box, I think these are literal and could be comparable to the Item Box. I think like how ? Blocks are different between regions and materials they are made out of with differing effects, I think it's the same with the Roulette Block. This would explain why they look different and give different item depending on the game.
So I think the Item Box Roulette is literal, why it happens I don't know maybe it could be connected to the Power Of The Stars.
