BG3 update! That's Baldur's Gate 3 for you cool kids. We call it BG3 around here. You know. -To save time.- Saves at least a whole ass syllable.

Anyway. It won me over! I was really on the fence and then I careened over it. I think I'm 60 hours in? That's what Steam says. I don't know how much of that is leaving it paused while I gestures -live-. But I still feel pretty early in. There's 3 chapters and I'm… probably??? Not far into Chapter 1? But I also Fuck Around a lot. So idk.

I'll be honest. It won me over when I was able to [[SPOILERS]] a character. That SPOILERS is a four letter word and it is not the sexy one. Just, like, golly. They're on the cover art. It's probably not a spoiler because most people won't [[SPOILERS]] this character but like. You can!!

Anyway I'm playing a rogue-like (actual rogue, not procedurally generated) sorcerer who is generally nice to people, but also like, fuck some people. Again, not the sexy one. I always give people a chance, though. You know, like "I'm just passing through fellas." And they're like "PASSING THROUGH? SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING A MURDEROUS RAPIST WOULD SAY. KILL THEM!!" and things just devolve from there.

It's a good way to get yourself shoved into a chasm, is all I'm saying.
