It’s a blend of 50/50 Hondarribi Beltza and Hondarribi Zuri from 10-100 yr old vineyards planted in limestone soils and farmed in an ecological way. • • The grapes are hand harvested, de-stemmed, co-fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast and bottled with residual carbonation. • • Too say this wine is fresh and lively is an understatement! It’s full of rose petals, wild strawberry, raspberry, white pepper and sea salt.
