What was Christina going to say after Ruby cut her off? "I'm not your momma or your sister and if you can't see the difference between..." Someone said they think Ruby is leading Christina on. But I see it as yes she is using xtina magic to better her life, but she is obviously feeling something for her. She's a black woman in the 1950s. Y'all think Ruby is ready to accept her queerness especially for a white woman? This is a long a$$ slowburn. (or we are all clowns and this is queerbait-hopefully not) I listen to the HBO podcast and the writer for the show said that Ruby and Christina are trying to figure out what they are to each other.

There has to be more to Xtina wanting to be immortal. Y'all really think she wants it for sh!ts and giggles? She said she want to "experience all of it, an eternity of firsts" There's got to be more to that line.

The way Xtina be intensely looking at Ruby there's got to be more to their relationship. Like I've said they were lovers in a past life, Xtina can't reveal it to Ruby cause she has to naturally fall in love with her, cause magic reasons. Well that's the story in my head anyways. 😏

All I’ll say is that there are decent ass people in the fandom. There are decent ass people in our Discord. We’ve all been so friendly and welcoming to everyone and their ideas and fantastic and wishes and HCs. We literally have a space for everyone and everything. There is very little you can do wrong in our discord. I’ve found a very fun, supportive and caring community with those guys.

Give it a rest man. Write and produce Chrisby content YOU want to see and we will do the same. It’s that simple.

Sooooo Ruby was upset that she was Christina's plan B in saving Diana. She was in her feelings cause she wasn't the MAIN reason Christina saved Diana 😂

Imma say it again. Ruby was in her feelings cause she wasn't the main reason Christina saved Diana😂 Alexa play Usher "You Got It Bad" Also did y'all see Christina licking her lips talking to Ruby? Yep she also got it bad.

In season 2 which I hope HBO renews it and it isn't a limited series, we will see Ruby as a reheaded white woman. What I don't want the writers to cheat us out of is seeing Christina x Ruby be intimate and instead they show Christina and Ruby's white woman skin be intimate. It has to be Ruby and Christina in their own skin.

These two particular characters being together is something we've never seen before and I hope the writers see the magic they have and actually show that coming to fruition.

Lovecraft Country 1x10 Final Thoughts

So that Lovecraft Country finale was B-A-N-A-N-A-S and here's what I got to say about it. I make the case for why I think the finale was a dream/simulation. **Wink wink, hint hint**: why was the song "Life could be a Dream" sung? I talk about the POOR LIGHTING 😔 during the Ruby x Christina kiss scene. And make the case for why I think Christina was living in her own Vampire Love Story. Yes the #Rutina fandom we were 🤡 for thinking something better would happen for our ship, but I don't regret it because I've met some really cool people, seen some great fan edits and started getting back into fan fiction because of them. Finally, #RUBYDESERVEDBETTER And I only hope there is a season 2 to fix this.
