End of the day, long week.
Sometimes we have to fight and persevere. Life is not all rainbows and fluffy puppy dogs. I’m intense so I know what I’m about to say will come across intense but it’s the truth.
Far too often we quit before we finish, far too often we pawn our responsibilities, and needs off on others. All too often likes, and followers determine our self worth and our actions, or at least our message to the world and those around us.
Well the reality is our world was built on massive labor, hard work, painful effort, and dogged determination. I’m not saying God didn’t make earth and it isn’t or wasn’t a wonderful thing. I’m saying the legacy of progress and traditions… of economy, and production…. rests on the shoulders of those who came before and put in the work. Sometime to their death. So here’s my question for y'all.
If you were to die on Saturday could you look back and truly say you’ve made daily effort to make the world, your community, your loved ones off better because you were here? Did you share your faith, live with purpose, find a passion, and persevere to live it out??
Did you give life all you have to offer? Can you truly Rest In Peace?
