Finally, FINALLY, decided to finish this painting of my oc Prynne, though I likely could've kept picking at it for hours more. Originally I just really wanted to challenge myself to pour as much narrative as I could into one painting, but I kept growing afraid things wouldn't turn out like they look in my head, soooo thats why this literally took over a year to finish

Alas, here we are. Im really trying to let go of the perfectionism cause l've felt just so full of energy and ideas lately but still struggle with putting it out into the world because of fear of it not being as good as I think it is or just being cringe.

I do! Actually several. Tho ever since I started using an ipad, most of my drawing at home and away has been digital.

Nowadays I mostly use them as journals for jotting down ideas and really rough concept sketches.

Uhh I get kinda extra weird and loose with style in my sketchbooks. And sometimes just make repetitive shapes that feel good to draw.

artfight ref for Prynne! she is… literally the only character I have on the site rn 🙃. I don’t want to make a profile for my other character Bo yet because he’s in need of a redesign and I don’t have the time for that rn. But in my defense I only found out about artfight mid-June! Intending on getting another couple (FNaF AU-related 🫢) up in the coming week, so there’ll at least be a couple for people to choose from if the want to attack me by the time artfight starts.

Anyway! Looking forward to the whole thing. Username’s the same over there. I’ll see you guys on the battlefield 🤺
