Breaking reality...

In previous post I was talking about how our minds are blocking our way to another life/ paralel universe. Now I’ll write how one should their reality, to expand their vision.

Firstly, you should start meditating.  As we already know, meditating can increase your level of concentration. Now, using the same technique, you should be able to “break” reality. In the beginning, you might see hallucinations or hear strange sounds.

Secondly, embrace the feelings, you encounter on your way of breaking this reality, so you can move on and fond yourself in a different universe. At first, everything will seem identically. But when you encounter you friends or family members, their personalities should’ve changed for better or worse. But you better hope, they’ve changed for better.

Lastly, your life will drastically change as you  begin with your own thoughts, whether they’re good or bad, the same way the world will begin to treat you. Make your life your own game with your rules, as there is no restrictions, how you rule your own life.
