BROKEN ROMANCE

The preparations lasted for weeks and I simply loved it. I loved to arrange those wild cooking sessions on my own, dancing in the kitchen while trying to find THE taste and THE perfect match of ingredients, yeah, the perfect menu for a candle light dinner. For the candle light dinner I wanted to surprise you with on Valentine’s Day. I was so looking forward to that evening; I would open the door – dressed up – kiss you “Hello”, raise glasses of champagne to us and just celebrate love.

I prepared a fruity soup, creamy pasta and a spicy dessert. All aphrodizing, all with special ingredients that match your personality and preferences. And combined it with an exclusive wine journey to bring it to perfection.  

I saw my handmade dinner cards beside those porcelain plates – I bought them some days ago – and I saw you sitting next to me. My dream of surprising you just crumbled before my eyes the moment you cancelled our date. It all broke down.

Tonight I am eating on my own. My spicy roquefort figue pasta that was made for you. And I am fine.

So guys: just surround yourself by people who are good for you. And not by those who pull you down.
