Should Harley be awake at two in the morning? Probably not, but it’s not every day that he’s given free reign of the avengers lab. He’ll be damned if he lets any of that time slip through his fingers— time, which moves very quickly when he’s focussing on a new build. Hasn’t even realized that the night is no longer young and most of the occupants have moved to their rooms for the night ; it would probably take an attack on the compound to pull him out of his workflow.
Or, the other teenager in the place trying to scare him.
Harley yelps ( yes, yelps, high pitched and very undignified ), the screwdriver that had been in his hand clattering to the floor as all of his limbs make some attempt to pull in towards his chest, which leaves him jumping in place and half flailing for a second as his brain catches up to the present.
“You motherfucker!!”
