Real talk...Unfortunately, we don't feel 100% motivated every single day. Life happens, we have our problems, daily struggles, we are too tired, too busy, feeling pretty sore or just simply the weather sucks. But everyday you have the opportunity to work towards the things you want. You are in control of your life and you can choose to be strong, confident, capable and motivated no matter how bad you feel that particular day. And when everything seems to be failing, you can always throw on some running shoes 👟, head over to the track and sprint your heart out 😅❤️... • I've been Feeling pretty down and overwhelmed these past days, but trying to fit my workouts in between breaks and wherever I can had helped me to stay a lil more in control of my stress. I could easily skip a day, or two, but I know this mindset won't get me anywhere. So today, I decided to do my cardio outdoors... I needed to clear my mind & breath some fresh air. It is a beautiful day for a run, so game face on! Time to start training my the upcoming 10k with @womenshealthmag #Run10Feed10 then I'm off to the gym to do a quick workout.💪🏼.
