I’m so excited that i’m sharing a picture of a picture! Early on in my endless quest for the perfect sandwich I realized that the foundation was of course, the bread. Unfortunately I didn’t have the skill or resources to create the bread of my dreams. After bread camp @mozzapi and dinner @ryeonmarket I found and had the means to create the bread of my sandwich dreams. Lauren baked this first loaf based off of the recipe i’ve been working on for years. With this bread and my progress on chicken grilling, I’m preparing to create, life changing sandwiches!
