Welp, these three finally got some WIP designs. They've existed for... well, at least a few years now, but other than Presto, they never got much character development. One of the reasons why I've never drawn them before, but it was finally time.

So have the short and at-times-rhyming runecarver Presto, who may or may not have a face or even a head. The Fair Queen Elysia, the curvy unicorn ruler of the Queen's Lands who is pure of heart and really loves flowers. And her adopted young daughter, Princess Dandelion, whose hair can never be tamed and may or may not be one of those rare humans.

"Freeing the Primus"

It occurred to me there might be a reason that our characters have room temperature IQ.

I think its funny that because the Runecarver makes literally all of the jailer’s stuff including the armor and constructs as well as forges and anything crafted of metals, his face is displayed all over it. The forges are the Runecarver’s head, the armor masks look like him, his mask is in parts of the architecture... Think of the amount of "screw you” involved; to be forced into labor and building everything in the world for the jailer, and putting your face on every single one of them. The jailer won’t know how build it without it so it’s equally funny. I like to imagine the Runecarver said “You can force me to build but you will never be rid of me” and every day the jailer just has to see his face plastered everywhere. Imagine getting up at night to go to the bathroom and the entire room is just this guys head. The sink, the facet, the outlet,,, Truly a incredible move on the Runecarver’s part. He could have just as easily made things without his face on it or changed it to the jailers, but nope. His face for eternity. I applaud this level of petty.

I wish we could restore nice memories to the Runecarver. He needs a break

first the nathrezim forged frostmourne, then this guy named the runecarver forged it instead, THEN instead of implying that the runecarver is a nathrezim and fixing the accidental retcon AND helping solidify the theory that denathrius made the dreadlords somehow, blizzard instead implies the runecarver is the PRIMUS instead and the nathrezim just...found the most powerful sword in existence.

I have so many dumb ideas for Shadowlands related comics, but alas, Dragonflight is around the corner.
