What a great way to start a Saturday. 2mi in the track at the YMCA. I am finding that the hardest thing about starting back to running indoors at the track is getting your timing back down when you can fart and not gross the other people on the track out. Best case you get the nice long gap when you hit the curve and see no one and can relax, but if you can't and you are going to pass gas near someone you have a dilemma. I mean do you crop dust the 75 year olds who probably have lost the sense of smell and won't notice, the young kids who will just giggle, or do you slow down and give a weird look in a group and try to pass the blame. Who'd a thunk running could have so many questions...
