Another very common myth. Whilst a virus may cause your PC to run slowly there are other issues that are more likely. It may be that you have too many programs running on automatic start up. There may be add-ons or plug-ins running that are not required. Additionally, it could be a case of needing to upgrade the memory, processor or hard drive.

Miss Grit shares new single ‘Running Slow’
NYC-based artist Miss Grit shares new single ‘Running Slow,’ out now via Spanish Prayers.
After the success of EP Talk Talk, the band went back into the studio to record two more tracks. ‘Running Slow’ tackles concepts like imposter syndrome and self-worth but also features Miss Grit’s trademark fuzz guitars and a driving, propulsive sound that climaxes in a frenzy of strings.
“There’s an aggression to the song,” frontwoman Margaret Sohn says, but there’s also an undeniable energy that makes it as invigorating as it is soulful.

The picture taken before (hence the smiles) what turned out to be a very slow tempo run. I blame the bug that got me down last weekend. However badly it went though, the session was completed and its benefits will hopefully be reaped another day.
