Today I ate...
-two whole wheat bagels with avocado, cottage cheese and salmon -two eggs -grapes and two apples -peanuts -chickpeas, peas, corn, carrots with olive oil -150 grams of whole wheat pasta -150 grams feta cheese and tofu -some apple pie and cheese sticks -400 grams of soy joghurt mixed with curd -chia seeds, poppyseed, sunflower seeds, some chocolate whey and peanut butter ...and look at my sixpack abs! all natural :D
