I noticed no one was particularly doing the original bitties in matchups, rps, or just adoption scenarios in general, so I figured I’d lend a hand in those wanting to adopt the og bitties! Ask box is open! feel free to inbox even while the blog is under construction!

God- okay my soul is begging me to come back here, may i look at your corals? i feel like thats where my soul is needed, I already have a runt bitty and i honestly dont mind Coral personalities, i will never return him without absolute reason.

(I wrote this for a regular Coral, but if you intended it for a Cherry Coral please let me know.)

*Maybe it wasn’t the best idea to bring your Runt bitty (also known as a Cherry bitty) into the Lamia Bittybones Adoption Center with you, but you didn’t want to leave him home alone and then add to that stress by bringing home a bitty he didn’t have a chance to meet first. The Runt kept himself tucked away inside of your jacket hood as you approached the front desk and asked about seeing some Coral bitties. You mentioned having your Runt bitty with you, and he peeked out. Vex smiled at him, and he waved before disappearing again.

*Vex shows you to the Meet and Greet room. On the way, she tells you that Corals, though they pretend to be indifferent, are actually quite fond of Runt bittybones and will fiercely protect them. She even tells you a story of a Coral and a Runt bitty who are now very good friends. You take a seat on a couch in the Meet and Greet room and wait for a Coral to arrive. It does not take long for a curious little skull to peer around the door frame, and a Coral slithers up to you, flopping over on the couch and conveniently nestling himself against your leg, purely by accident because you’re hogging the couch of course.

*You jacket hood rustles, and your Runt bitty peeks out, only to squeak in fright and vanish again. The Coral climbs you like an inanimate object until he reaches the back of the couch, level with where the Runt bitty is hiding. “ssss’ok,” he mumbles to your hood, embarrassed at frightening the other bitty, “i’m not gonna hurt ya.” Trembling the Runt showed just his sockets over the edge of the hood. He can barely manage to sputter something about venom and snake bites. The Coral sidles closer, but not too close.

* “nah, bitessss are only for big bad bulliessss not cool brother typessss, y’know?” He does the gentlest and slowest friendly shoulder check on the Runt bitty, giving him plenty of time to move away and avoid the contact without making it too obvious. Your bitty considers the statement, then nods. He tells the Coral that he likes his tail, and soon enough the Coral is in the hood next to the Runt, making soft conversation. After a few minutes of this, he yawns very obviously. “guesssss it’ssss time to head home,” he says, giving you a wink.

*You suppose that’s one way to get adopted!
