I went to karaoke yesterday and I sang at the top of my lungs. I never took myself as the singing-in-public type, but I loved it. I also think my group of friends had to do a lot with it; they’re the absolute best people I know.

I’m no longer afraid of failure. I’ve seen the people around get completely tossed around by life and bad decisions, but I know they’ll always be okay. Somehow, they always are.
