Vic Duncan And Vic Rusty.

Duncan Barklay: the youngest of Sir Skarloey's godsons. He works as his godfather's land bailiff and took over his family's vineyards when his father had a stroke and retired. Loves his horses. Azusa "Rusty" Hosokawa: came to Sodor with no legible documents, running away from an awful situation back in their homeland. Learned english with the Barklays and Sir Skarloey's help. Now, they work as the vineyard's housekeeper.

Skarloey: He enjoys listening to what his passengers speak about when they're at picnic spots. He especially enjoys listening to stories of family Rheneas: His favourite place is by water. Be that streams, rivers, canals or wharfs, Rheneas is at true peace when the rain falls on his boiler Duke: He often pulls tourist trains to the "supernatural" locations on the SKR, from Duncan's bridge to the tunnel where it's said you can see Proteus' light Peter Sam: He finds food fascinating since he cannot eat it, instead learning about it's intricacies through his good friend, the refreshment lady Sir Handel: Due to prior events, he takes road safety seriously and refuses to cross railroad crossings unless he personally has checked both directions twice. It does not matter if there are gates blocking the road, he checks. Twice Duncan: He has a chain connecting his nose piercing to his handrail. Due to the sheer size of it, he has a few keychains hanging off of it, including some pendants with his workers and fellow engine in them Rusty: They adore cats, they can't get enough of seeing them. Rusty hopes one day to see a big cat prowling around the SKR after hearing stories of the "Beast of Bodmin Moor" from Toby Bertram: His favourite holiday is Halloween due to there being a horror move marathon shown in the old building next to his shed

Fanfic idea where Rusty is still intrigued by what happened during “Rusty and the Boulder”, still confused by how Boulder was able to follow both them and the other Skarloey engines working along the tracks. They make up an excuse to enter the blocked off quarry to “Watch over and make sure no body sneaks in with Thumper or other mining equipment” and begins to falls in love with Boulder by accident [Boulder was supposed to talk in the original script, so perhaps he whispers in the night as Rusty pretends to fall asleep. Hoping their driver isn’t alerted to their plan, or even, their blooming feelings.] Yes, Rusty is still a diesel and Boulder is still, a boulder in my mind. You get that hunk of rock nonbinary diesel.

THIS ONE WAS SO FUN! It's one of my favorite designs! Here's a Rusty! I based him off a Tatzelwurm! (Basically a Cat/Snake dragon.) I wanted to do Duncan too, but I haven't figured out his design yet. And I'm still pretty sick.😅 Hope this art is satisfactory! Thanks for the request!

I actually based his design slightly off FireStar from the Warrior Cats™ franchise!

In the AU canon, he's known as a Star Speaker. Basically, he has very strong connections to the supernatural realm. It's given him some slight clairvoyance, so he has the ability to have visions of the future! He can also understand the messages sent through the stars by the Golden Spirit Dragons. (Lady, Proteus, etc.)

He is one of Skarloey's most trusted advisors.
