Old Ties
五It started with walking into the main office of Ouran Academy. Momo wanted to inquire about the professors of Ouran that she would be studying under and she also wanted to get the chance to meet them face to face. She knew she could just wait until class to meet them, but it was important to her to make a good impression. Not only that but she also had in mind to offer to help in some way like a teacher's assistant. This was something she knew she could handle and she hoped they would allow it.
"Thank you!" Momo chimed to the office staff when they had provided her with the room number of one of her professors. She took that scribbled paper in one hand while her other hand occupied a couple books she had for pleasure. Captain Hirako had given her an assortment of books before she had left and she was going to read them as soon as she got everything else settled. In the meantime, Momo really wanted to meet her superiors. Looking down at the piece of paper with the new information, she read aloud the name of the teacher she was going to be visiting. "Ulquiorra Schiffer." What an odd name. She stuffed the small paper under the cover of her books and took the stairs up to the second floor of the building. According to the information that was given to her, he would be in his classroom right about now. School had ended a few hours before, but there were still students and staff alike that lingered around. Hopefully he would be one of them.
Stopping at the door frame, Momo lightly tapped the side with the back of her knuckles to gain attention. "Excuse me sir. I believe you're my professor. I only just got here, but I thought I would introduce myself." She bowed politely, not getting a good look at who she was speaking to. "I am Momo Hinamori, It's a pleasure to—" Big brown orbs honed in on the man across the room. "Meet..you." Her words came out slower, pausing towards the end. Something wasn't right.
