Last night we went to Mystic Dining in historic Folsom California.

Mystic Dining is a plush, crimson-hued fine-dining eatery offering a multi-course dinner followed by a magic show. This was more intimate, we sat at a long dining table and Ryan was at the head of the table. Maybe 20 of us watched the show and participated. Afterwards you get to speak to the magician.

We had a wonderful five course meal. My sister had the prime rib and my husband and I had the vegetarian lasagna. The best part of the evening was the magician comedian Ryan Kane. [email protected]

He put on a wonderful show.

Realizations pt. 11

*eyewitness spoilers ahead TW: murder, drugs*

-wow, why has it taken me so long to watch this show

-this show was so well done. shots were beautiful, characters were so well developed, acting was actually good!

-can I just say that, Philip and Lukas look so damn good together and THANK YOU to the writers and producers for giving us so much CONTENT of the touching and being lovey ahh

-I feel that they accurately portrayed a teen relationship. most shows leave any pda or any actual touching to the climax to make people wait for it but I was so happy to see them actually be together, cuddle, kiss, hug, just even their hands touching. 

-the intertwining of the story lines (murder and sexual struggle) was amazing and I loved watching it

-STRONG FEMALE CHARACTERS, YES PLEASE

-I was just so drawn into this show, I watched it all in like 3 days between exams

-they mentioned foster care! and showed how the system sucks! but also showed how some kids can be happy! and not all foster parents are bad! they showed parents who try! and parents who want to succeed! and bring joy! ahh!

-I just wanted to know Ryan’s motives. like why did he kill all the people in the cabin (including the spy). why did he continue going. why was he in a relationship with Bella. how did Bella end up there? why was he so entwined with Bella’s family?

-the trauma and fear and after effects of witnessing a homicide was so real and was actually addressed which made me happy; it wasn’t just oh they were shot, lets move on to our own story line.

-Gabe is just a pure soul and I love him with all my heart

-HIGHLY RECOMMEND WATCHING (if you can find it on youtube or somewhere online and don’t mind it possibly being backwards)

-          that some murder scenes can be staged as suicides

-          that someone as amazing as tyler young and james paxton exist

-          that i want to be a foster mother when i’m old enough
