ᯓᡣ𐭩 When you'd met out on a mission, Black Sapphire was drawn to you. He moved in to try and talk to you a bit, but was surprised when Gingerbrave had immediately stepped in the way and tried to tell him to back off
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Black Sapphire liked spoiling you with gifts to try and woo you— gems, flowers, snacks, anything you wanted. Gingerbrave always warned you they could be poison, but you did your best to reassure him
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Black Sapphire would fly by to try and chat a bit, leaning on his floating staff while talking about his work. If only there were someone there to share the weight with.. someone to lean on after a hard day, he'd claim in dramatic sarcasm
ᯓᡣ𐭩 For all his wit and charm, you found him so endearing that you ended up falling for him. Gingerbrave insisted on tagging along with all hangouts, you needed someone on your side! What if that sapphire dude's staff bites you?!

Black Sapphire asked. "Uh, no?? You're whole job is, like, being a huge liar!" Gingerbrave had replied, and they kept going back and forth until you'd come back
ᯓᡣ𐭩 When things seemed like they were going to become official with Black Sapphire, you sat Gingerbrave down for a talk. It was sweet of him to be concerned, but at the end of the day, you had to be able to make your own choices. Gingerbrave tearfully admitted that he just didn't want to see you hurt while clinging to you in a tight hug
