Some context I talked about on my side blog: He's punching his captive runaway here, using the excuse that it's for extracting information out of them but really he just wants to. He is as guilty as they are, so beating them into a pulp makes him feel more relieved. Unfortunately there is only so much they can take, so he is desperate to get his fill in before they give out consciousness.
(More Huin story below)
ID acquisition line: "Have I given you permission to stop squealing, you filthy pig?"
This ID is one of my favourites before it even released cz I just knew it would fit Huin so well. His hair is longer... He is embracing violence with glee like a Bad End ID... Willingly letting himself be used as a weapon to hurt others, but those he pursues are just like him, so he never tires of his motive. Never becoming sympathetic to them, that is.
I also had to think a lot more about his family from this ID because we're going back to S Corp after all. From his lore, his dad was like an actual Beast or threat to the City who impregnated his mom, thus when Huin was born, she wanted nothing to do with him. He was given to the Blade Lineage to be raised as a servant to the higher ups in S Corp.
Because of his abnormal birthright, he had grown way taller than other kids and had more strength, gaining him favours amongst the elites. One of these Lords took a liking to him and invited him back, but to his surprise, this Lord was the man his mother married and had a young son with. He had known Huin was her child, and out of love for her, he wanted to raise Huin alongside his younger brother.
When his mother saw him holding up Kaeru, she had seen a monster in his place instead of a child, and she lunged towards him, wrestling the baby out of his arms. Huin was told by her then, the truth about his birth, of how much he resembles his father in appearance, and how frightens her. For his own safety he left, but the pain never left him. He resented his father, and in turn resented himself for being born.
His little brother kept reaching out to him in secret, but each of their interactions only made Huin felt worse. Learning about school through Kaeru, feeling so envious of that life he couldn't live. When he communicated that, Kaeru gladly taught him everything he learnt at school, while in return, all of Huin's poetries and his political insights, were submitted as Kaeru's works instead. Both of them saw nothing wrong with this at the time, but in hindsight.... it's clear who benefits while who has to constantly labour.
It's getting a bit long so I'll stop here, but yea, I hope this gives much insight to their relationship.

William Bronchick: Converting a single member LLC to an S corp may be a good move for many small business operators.
Many people mistakenly set up a single member LLC when they should be using an S corporation. They often do this because it’s presumably easier to create and run an LLC over an corporation. While this may be true, the extra paperwork is worth it for the tax benefits of using an S corporation.
The main reason a small business entrepreneur would use an S corporation over a single member LLC is the tax reporting. A single member LLC is “disregarded” for federal income tax purposes, which means the income and expenses of the company are reported on the member’s personal tax return return, schedule C. Schedule C income is subject to self-employment tax, not to mention a high rate of audit. An S corporation can shield the business owner from some of the self employment tax by taking some income as a salary, and the balance on a form K-1, which is not subject to this this tax.
Converting a single member LLC to an S corp can be done in two ways. The first is to dissolve the LLC and transfer all assets back to the individual member/owner, then form a new S corporation and contribute the assets from the individual to the new entity. This involves filing a new entity and the expenses involved at the state level.
Another way is to simply elect the entity be treated for federal tax purposes as an S corporation, while the entity remains an LLC under state law. This involves making a tax election with the IRS, preparing a resolutions, and amending the LLC operating agreement to conform with the new tax election. Some states do allow a conversion at the state level from LLC to corporation, but this may not be necessary. New York state also requires a state filing to make the election effective under state tax rules.
Our firm can do this all for you if you filed or live in Colorado, New York or Florida for a flat fee of $300.

So uhh apparently I've never given out any information on our Manager Jericho despite being the first Sinner I had designed...
Have this... LCDT Branch Manager Jericho.
I really wanted to talk about a few things to I cooked up this sketch just for my flavour text down here.
I was thinking about how Yi Sang, LCB Sinner No. 1, was the one who developed the Mirror technology that would be vital in combat for the whole department. Unlike Dante's ability to rewind the individual's time, Jericho has the ability to restore one's humanity to the Sinners contracted with them. The source of this power is the flower stem planted into their heart. It remains closed right now, but when they use their powers, the flowers will open. I suppose it has something to do with Salpippyeo Aggroindustry's singularity. The one who had brought this flower to Jericho was Morgen, Dream Tram's Sinner No. 1. I got this idea from Flowers for Algernon. A branch of condensed souls and wishes, which is used to store the minds of Sinners on the Dream Tram while reconstructing their damaged body.
Some personal information about Jericho. They are related to the Gods of the City, and they are on death row of some sort. They used to be kind and optimistic, but when commanding the Dream Tram, they felt like they must harden themselves and keep distance so they wouldn't lead everyone astray from their mission. Jericho could be quite harsh, often yelling at the Sinners they're in charge of, but they never complain when they have to use the flowers' power to revive them. The Sinners themselves have guessed that this power must do an equivalent exchange on Jericho's body, from what they heard within the LCB's department, but Jericho never spoke a word about it.
There might be some side effects involved, like being able to hear each other's thoughts when the flowers are opened. Of course this only has effects in a small vicinity. But it's a funny thought based on our situation as headmates...
Also, Jericho adores the lakes, but they cannot swim. They are very adept at riding whales... for some reason. Must have been another God of the City power.
Last fun fact... The reason why Jericho was the first sinner designed, was because of self shipping reason....... They really like Meursault. Their hair is kinda curling upwards to resemble Dante’s flaming head.
