i don’t know if this is a hot take ! but i just finished weak hero a few days ago and i would argue that sieun aroace real because like. it’s so clear to me that what suho and sieun have is not-quite-platonic but i feel as though people hesitate to headcanon characters who experience any sort of romantic or sexual attraction as aroace because it feels invalidating, but these identities are a spectrum ! and this is coming from someone who’s on the end of no-sexual-or-romantic-attraction side of it all.
like maybe i’m crazy but the fact that sieun is so disinterested in people but not suho. never suho. and how he’s the light of his life, even. it just makes me believe that either way something queer-platonic is happening there at the very least, that’s all i’m saying. but maybe i’m just feeling a bit silly, is all.
