narusasu posting for the first time.. kind of Nervous
me but its because mental illness runs in the family
................about what? (Your job? Papa-san's past? Everything in between?)
well now how in tf does THIS work?
Hmmmm I mean its healthy for Daiji to finally be confronting all the sh#t he'd rather repress than face;;;;
sooo funny. Man did that anon that hit me up (unless it wasn't an anon lmaooo. But I get like 95% anons so ¯\(°_o)/¯) like a week (two weeks?) ago about the Daiji vs. Kagerou hypothetical,,,, because it WASN'T a hypothetical? LMAOOOO
Damn.
⁽⁽◝(ˊʂ˴⁎)◞՞
I guess I should state here that I don't think the fight will be a matter of winning and losing (yeah I said in the ask; that Kagerou would no doubt win, because Daiji chooses not to face the sh#t he keeps boxed away --- and Kagerou's whole existence is to protect him from that stuff) so, since it seems Daiji's the one really initiating this battle, then that changes things quite drastically I would say.
That and writing/theme-wise it wouldn't make a lick of sense for the writers to be like "lmao and then Daiji wins and Kagerou disappears booyah good guys win!" beacuse that's the complete opposite of his entire arc.
my guy needs to learn it's not black or white, it's GRAY.
Hence why that ending caption, "The end of light and darkness" I would say pry means more of that good vs evil mindset. Daiji needs to accept both parts of himself to grow as a person.
And so this confrontation with Kagerou I believe will lead to that conclusion. Will Kagerou die/disappear?
LOL, NO.
Dawg, these are INNER demons. They are literally a PART of them. They probably won't *ever* go away. They'll always exist somewhere within our characters.
That's like trying to delete "bastard" from George's personality. It wouldn't work, yo. It's a part of his identity. Like yeah people grow and change and evolve but that doesn't just /delete/ an entire aspect of their being.
Ikki will always have to reconcile between sacrificing himself for others and drawing healthy boundaries / letting himself indulge in the things *he* wants.
Sakura will always have that young, vulnerable girl inside her who wants love and comfort, whose gets scared and has times where she's weak.
Daiji will always be trying to balance the good parts of himself with the bad parts. It'll be a constant battle everyday for him to not immediately start putting himself down for the things he doesn't like about himself. A constant struggle with coming to accept that sometimes he'll fking suck, but that's okay.
And like,,,, idk, if the writers DIDN'T go that route then I feel like they've been secretly killed and replaced with clones, because the writing has been consistent + intentional throughout this ENTIRE piece and ---as I said, it just wouldn't make sense to do that LOL.
idk just my 2 cents :33
