Here is another Surf & Turf 🍣 bento I picked up on the way home from work. It is a collaboration between Sushi GoGo (争鲜gogo) and Miss Tam Chiak, a local food blogger. Yeah, that means I am eating alone tonight. 😉
The most affordable of the three bentos, this Surf & Turf Trio (S$5.50) is easily one of the most fun to eat! You get two pieces each of the sweet shrimp tamago, creamy salmon mentaiko, and juicy grilled beef belly sushi 🍣 drizzled with garlic chilli oil.
Of course, I had to pick the Aburi Salmon Bento (S$6.50) which comes with six pieces of torch seared salmon 🐟 brushed with sushi sauce and sprinkled with white sesame seeds. This is one sushi 🍣 bento I will always pick without hesitation.
