What's Reyes' relationship with SAM? Does SAM approve of Scott's boyfriend?

Normal I guess? And since SAM is experiencing everything through Scott-including love-I don’t think SAM particularly minds if it’s Reyes

Their position on the chair is awkward, but it is where a freshly showered Scott had found him once free of Lexi’s tutting. Their pathfinder had stumbled toward him, steps heavier with each inch closer, and then Scott had curled into his lap. Once there, Gil had felt helpless to move them, fingers finding their way into his boyfriend’s hair as he cradled him.

Gil now closes his eyes and focuses on the fact that he can feel Scott’s heartbeat where their chests are pressed together, something he desperately needs to feel after they had all heard him die on the coms. He doesn’t know when Scott falls asleep, or how long they rest there, he only notices when the steady rhythm against his stutters. Stutters, stops, flutters and then regulates.

Eyes snapping open, Gil looks across the room to the desk Scott never uses. “SAM?”

SAM’s voice is the same volume as his, just loud enough to be heard. “Scott’s heart has had an erratic rhythm since I resuscitated him. I’ve been monitoring it and correcting it as needed.”

“How long?”

“I estimate it returning to normal within a few days. I would not worry.”

The silence is heavy suddenly, and Gil tilts his face closer to Scott’s to better hear him breathe.

“Thank you, SAM.”

“Of course, Gil.”

[Ryder in a near-death situation, injured and too tired to move.] Ryder: Ugh ... hey, SAM? You told me a while ago that you're connected to the Nexus, right? SAM: Correct. Ryder: So, if I die ... you'll be okay, right? SAM: ... Ryder: SAM? SAM: ... Ryder: SAM, you there? SAM: No, Ryder. I will not be okay if you die.
