blooper reel return of the bloop 23:19
orange side?
Entry No.17, 3/10/19
Patton is much more enthusiastic about Halloween than I anticipated. I mean, I knew he would be Halloween crazy. He has been making Halloween themed puns for the previous two months, but this level of excitement is just something I did not think anybody was capable of. It is infectious, and nothing short of precious, honestly. His smile was almost bright enough to burn my retina. That would be the best way to go blind.

Ok so I was thinking. The whole thing that Virgil and Deciet used to be close but now hate each other, and how Remus and Roman used to be close. It's just in the end Virgil and Roman became good friends while Remus and Deciet found each other. Just imagine Roman and Virgil being lovey dovey, while deciet and Remus are watching like "why the fukk is ur brother flirting with my friend" "dafuq u talkin bout??? Why yo friend acting all flustered around my brother?"

100 ° .
The temperature was 100 ° and all the sides were feeling the brunt of the warmth, at around 12:00.
The room had started to feel absurdly hot, and all the sides were piled around every fan in the mindscape, attempting to collectively cool down.
"Can't you like..turn up the AC, or something?" Roman blurted out "I do not like sweating. It makes me look wet."
"Wow, I would wonder why"
"Alright, now. I know the weathers been a little...mean...but, that's no reason to go around arguing and making things worse!" Patton quickly rushed in.
He had probably been listening to the two arguing all day, if not about the heat, then about literally anything else.
They had been at each other's throats recently, which wasn't unusual for the two, but their timing with this was usually better
It's like they were acting as if they had lost a sense of what they were, manifesting as their own person, not as a facet of one single personality.
The four just wanted the day to be done and over with, so that they could all go to their respective beds, kick all of the blankets off and go to sleep.
Logan got up from the couch, and walked over to the fridge, starting to rummage through.
Virgil quickly sprawled where Logan was sitting (the good spot, Virgil insisted) in a position that quite resembled a cat stretching out on its back
arms in the air and just completely sprawled out.
"You have got to be kidding me right now!" Logan shouted, slamming both the fridge and freezer doors simultaneously, startling Patton.
"Is uhh. Is something wrong, kiddo?" Pat huffed out. If it wasn't Roman and Virgil bickering, it was Logan shouting and slamming doors, or someone else having some sort of problem.
It was starting to wear on Patton.
"No." Was all Logan said, as he walked back to the living area of the apartment, and frowned at Virgil.
Virgil's response was to stick his tongue out at Logan, and throw him a mischievous grin. Logan proceeded to walk back to his spot and sit at Virgil's feet in the corner of the couch.
There was a silence that was quickly cut short by Roman speaking again, frantically this time.
"I just don't see what the issue is with the AC. There's no way in a million years that this is the highest it goes" he goes off again "it was this hot LAST YEAR and it wasn't nearly this miserable"
"Roman, you literally sat in a bath of ice cold water fully clothed because 'you were melting'. Your tolerance for heat is very very low." Logan stated matter-of-factly. "Well if I have to deal with this for a second longer I am literally going to scream!"
"You're already screaming."
The two got very close to each other, eyeing each other down like cats during a fight
"I. Am. Not. Screaming." He said out in a whisper of spite "but I can show you screaming if you want" he stood up straight and took a deep breath, sticking his pointer finger in the air
"AAALRIIIGHT AND WE ARE GOING TO END THIS CONVERSATION HERE!" Patton said, cutting roman off before he could do his damage.
"What we're going to do is sit down, and not fight!" He put his hands on each of the sides' backs, leading them to the couch.
"We wer-" Roman had started his argument, but Patton cut him off before he could even finish his sentence
"—I'll get everyone some ice!" He quickly redirected
"Ice? what's that supposed to do?" Virgil bit out
"it's ice. It's cold." Logan replied, answering for Patton, to which Patton looked at Virgil, shrugging.
When Patton arrived to the fridge, he opened it and was met with no ice.
"Wh-"
"The fridge is broken." Logan said flatly, as if this was something that happened everyday.
"And you didn't say anything?!" He turned, crossing his arms and frowning "i am most positive I said something."
"Yeah, you did. It was 'are you kidding me right now.' Which doesn't exactly scream 'hey the fridge is broken we should fix that!!' " Virgil said out
"Well what was I supposed to do?" He replied back, crossing his arms in an analytical manner.
"Hmm I don't know, maybe, say something? Not let the food continue to spoil? See if it could be fixed? Not act like it isn't your problem" he argued, matching Logan's stance.
"It isn't my problem."
"Yes it is! You were the first to know!!"
There was a soft sob from the kitchen, which caught Romans attention, but not the other twos. They were too busy having their .heated. argument to notice.
"Well it's not my fault I happened to be the first to open the fridge! And it's quite ironic of you to suggest that!" He hissed
"Guys.." Roman quietly said, trying not to seem rude
"What?! I literally didn't say that! I said it was your problem not your fault! Do you have your ears plugged in, Joe90?!" He fought back
"Guys could we stop fi-"
Patton was sitting on the floor at this point, presumably crying.
"—I'm surprised you know what Joe90 is, it obviously isn't for someone of your mental capacity" he went on
Roman stood up
"WOULD YOU BOTH SHUT UP?! STOP BEING SO SELF CENTERED!" He yelled out, and walked over to Patton who was doing exactly what was presumed.
Virgil and Logan exchanged a look, regret. They hadn't mean to hurt Patton, hell, they didn't even mean to hurt each other.
The heat had taken them over.
"Patton..we're..sorry." Was all Logan could manage. He has stood up, walking to the kitchen, and taking a seat against the fridge across from Roman and Patton.
Virgil slowly joined the others, and they all silently sat on the kitchen floor.
The silence was almost irritable to Patton.
"Would somebody please say something" he called out, pleading
"I'm-"
"—something that isn't an apology" he cut off Logan. "Just..a conversation, please.." he finished off with a whisper
".....Well....did you-did you know uhh.... there are more atoms in a single glass of water, than glasses of water in all the oceans of the Earth." Logan said out, adjusting his glasses on his face
"Yeah! And did you know 54 million people alive right now will be dead within 12 months" Virgil stated. Patton gave him an off look, and Logan nudged him.
"I-I mean uuummmmmm"
Virgil quickly thought of another random thought as quick as he could
"D-did you know goats have rectangular pupils?" He quickly spat out, fumbling his words.
You could tell he and Logan were really trying to help Patton to their best abilities, their abilities were just...limited.
"Really...?" He said out inquisitively
"Here" roman stated, pulling his phone out and looking up a photo, and showing Patton. His smile slowly faltered.
"What is it? What's wrong?" Roman asked
"I just..i wanted really badly for today to be a good day, but the fridge broke, and everyone's fighting, and we're sitting on the kitchen floor and your hot arms keep touching me"
Patton rambled on, scooting an inch away from Roman.
"We really are sorry, Pat. This was not intentional." The boy with the glasses quietly said out, almost ashamed "I should've said something about the fridge"
patton let out a shakey breath, hyper-focused on the floor. "Hey, how about we watch a movie?" Roman finally said out
"Yeah..that sounds good" Virgil chirped
"Fine by me" added in Logan
Patton looked at the clock on the stove, it reading 12:31. A few seconds passed by before he responded. "That sounds perfect.".

I found Patton’s missing pen. I know I should inform Patton and return his possession, but I have the strange impulse to keep the item. While it admittedly is not my taste [it reflects Patton’s personality quite charmingly], the pen writes exceedingly more smoothly than my own and it is quicker to write with.
I will give it back eventually.

Okay but as of right now all the sides are paired off evenly so like....do we really need an orange side? I feel like Thomas knows enough about himself like you don't need that much self discovery
