Someone take this prompt and write it for me, please. Let’s even call it a challenge. Make me fucking cry from Lucifer feels.

An archangel cannot be killed by their own grace, and so their own blade cannot be used against them. Except that when Lucifer stabbed Gabriel, sure that his brother would be startled but uninjured (although maybe he would make a fucking point and someone would Dad-damn listen to him), Gabriel died in his arms.

He died.

Suddenly, there’s a mourning Devil loose in the world, the only thought in his head somehow finding a way to bring his brother back.

Gabriel has become a master of faking his death and he’s currently in hiding, very much not dead.

What a pity Lucifer doesn’t know that.

Make me cry at my keyboard. I want to be ruined.

I just realized something.

Sam basically admitted he was a fan of Vince Vincente.

What if Lucifer choosing Vince as his vessel wasn’t completely random.

What if Sam played his music while Lucifer was hanging around and he remembered his name.

True, he didn’t go to put on Vince right away but I feel like it’s more than a coincidence.

i was thinking of Sam seeing lucifer's wings for the first time, and how huge they would be and being in complete awe like "they are so beautiful" and lucifer being like "they used to be even more beautiful before michael ripped them out" kind of sad but also kind of rageful because archangels have threefold wings and lucifer was left only with a singlefold that cant possibly be of any use, other than decoratively and now i am Very sad about my son

That’s actually incredibly sad how could you say something like this.

Or like, Sam asking permission to touch them, and Lucifer’s sort of taken aback because he can still remember Michael’s hands tearing and ripping and pulling at his wings, and how much he had begged him to stop, but Michael didn’t listen.

It’s been so many years since someone had asked permission to touch his wings, and he can still remember when it had been Michael that used to ask permission, when heaven was still just heaven and hell didn’t exist and their Father had been working on this secret project for some time and it was only a few days now before he revealed what it was.

When Michael had been kind with his touches, and he still remembers when kind turned painful and soon he was landing on the same planet he despised with a race of creatures he wanted to destroy.

But Sam looked genuine and Lucifer could never deny him and he spread them out carefully and Sam was very gentle as he ran his fingers over the others wings and just GAH
