timeloop concept where nene is reborn in a different fairytale every turn of the sand clock, in which she saves every single person in the tale trying to get back to her normal timeline!

two different ways you can write these (but they aren't the only ones!) :

the people in said fairytales are simply shocked at how she knows everything that's going to happen (but that's bc nene loves romance tales likr these) and give her trinkets when she goes to 'continue her journey'! and after rejecting a bunch of princes' proposals she realizes that she isn't affected by hot men anymore

OR:

hanako acts as the prince in every tale, and her friends as other side characters, which makes nene miss their real versions even more and tempts her to stay in each timeline happily forever (no, nene! you've done this before... you have to run away! to the real world!!)

the manipulation that nene can do of each world is up to you! pretend she lands in the little mermaid (<3)... is she able to stay with the prince/hanako long enough to let him know that she, the mermaid, rescued him, since she knows how this story plays out? or is she forced by something else to retreat, letting a second girl save him instead?
