[I started to wonder what the sides ‘folders’ would look like as app icons....hehe based off of the au by @software-sides !!! ]
I’m using these in another project related to this au, but wanted to share these first
More Details:
Logan: A serious bot needs a tie and a simple design. Nothing too ‘extra’, but something prominent and professional. A simple ‘humanoid’ figure with a tie. I changed the head shape up, just to give it a little modern and cutting edge feel.
Virgil: An anti-virus bot is mostly for the background work, so simple line work and no bright colors. I chose Virgil’s signature symbol and revamped it to be more modern and simple as most app icons are. A safe haven that strikes down threats... It has a nice ring to it.
Roman: Given that he’s more of a ‘gamer boi’ you may notice that the red sash has a design similar to a certain game console remote Wii . Being the king of the leader board and the hero of you’re gaming adventures, this bot adorns a brightly colored crown icon! (I looked at some ‘mid-aged’ apps and noticed a weird shading thingy they did... so just threw that in there for aesthetics... lol)
Patton: Keeping track of the user’s dairy and other personal information, a little notebook with a heart just seemed right for the chipper dad character bot! A little on the older side, this icon is heavily influenced on the interest of 3D modeling and gradients. (I looked at some older apps of both Mac and Windows and noticed a theme... Older icons were oddly detailed-oriented despite their small size on the desktop...) Giving Patton a more rounded design (which was another theme of older icons) only helps to amplify the cuteness of this bot!
(I imagine Moxiety like one of those rainy days that you enjoy curled up in a blanket with no plans. Something that can be easily bitter turning into something surprisingly sweet.)
