Apparently I have to eat gluten and lactose-free food from now on. And I don't have money to afford all that. There's only so much a teacher's money can buy.
What do we want? Vegan mozzarella!!
When do we want it? Whenever is convenient! This is just a polite notification of interest!!!
When you are lactose intolerant and you want ice cream but you already had a fuck ton of mac and cheese and you aren't about to test it but you really wanted the icecream
Made a Daiya veggie "cheese" sauce to go with some tofu stuffed ravioli, and the veg cheese melted perfectly (and I added a bit of nutritional yeast for more good stuff and to imitate a parmesean cheese). I would never have been able to eat two bowls of raviolis with cows cheese without getting a massive stomach ache. Definitely worth a go for anyone who has a sensitivity to dairy (and wants to forego the grossness and cholesterol). :3

Sauce tomate à la grecque
Ce nom de sauce tomate à la grecque est de mon invention… À la grecque car elle est inspirée de la sauce des plats saganaki grecs qui contiennent de l’ouzo. Et comme souvent, l’ajout d’un tout petit ingrédient magnifie un plat et le rend divin… L’ouzo peut être remplacé par un autre alcool anisé. Nature, cette sauce tomate maison sera déjà divine. C’est le moment de profiter des belles…
