Hope you’re enjoying the gorgeous warm weather this Wednesday morning. . . So I watched this movie, What The Health recently on @netflix and it profoundly shocked me. . . The movie claims that: . . • Eating 1 egg 🍳 is the same as smoking 5 cigarettes . . • And processed meats are equally as carcinogenic as smoking tobacco 🚬 . . According to the film, switching to a plant-based diet will not only prevent, but actually reverse numerous serious health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and more. It can also help with emotional states, including depression, anxiety, fatigue, sense of well-being, and daily functioning. . . At some point in my life I can see myself trying out a vegan diet, but for now I’m inspired to incorporate more vegetarian/vegan-friendly dishes into my current diet. . . . I recommend watching What The Health to anyone trying to live a healthier lifestyle. . . . Thank you for listening to my little rant.
