Had surgery yesterday. Pre-op nurses were great. The one who started my IV (left wrist) was even on orientation, so, new nurse. Once I was under anesthesia, the anesthesiology folks decided I needed a second line? Woke up with one on the outside part of my right hand AND bruises in 2-3 other places where they must have missed. YIKES my hand is a mess AND the bruises hurt. Left wrist? Nobruise and you can barely see the insertion site. My latest mani was originally created by Dale of Dazzlin’ Nails by Dale. I fell in LOVE with it and HAD to recreate it on myself. Sets used: Swiss and Tell on all, Pool Intentions on all, Mermaid Brigade scale strip on ring finger, Jewel of Mumbai dolphins created with a craft punch and Palm Before the Storm over all but ring finger. I topped the whole thing with OPI plumping top coat. I’m LOVING it so, SO much! It's taken nearly 2 weeks but we FINALLY can see the final look. Moved the stairs, all new railings, new platform extension, new cushions and pillows for the ancient glider and a new paint job and new umbrella for my mismatched table and chairs.
