I’m happy and proud to see how far my body has come in the past couple of years. BUT! This photo is posed and I do not look like this 98% of the time. Remember what you see on Instagram is posed most people don’t look like that in real life. Especially as woman we have a monthly cycle and our bodies fluctuate in weight. Even though I am aware of this I sometimes catch myself comparing myself to others on Instagram but I have to constantly remind myself they are posed and don’t look like this all the time.
