[...] Ladybug waited, her finger idly outlining the areas his lips had touched, until her yoyo buzzed with an incoming message.
Her own face smiled up at her when she flipped it open. Cat Noir had sent her the picture he'd just taken, and it was easy to see why he had wanted to share it. Ladybug had never seen herself so happy in a photo, wrapped around her partner, joyful and absolutely beaming. They were framed by the moonlit fountain in the background, which sparkled like stars.
But it was Cat Noir who drew her attention the most. His head rested on hers, nose in her hair, eyes closed, smiling softly. He was completely at peace as he snuggled against her. There was no one he would rather be with, and it showed in how he held her.

This drawing is exactly one year and three days old. I drew it in a couple of hours and although there are a lot of things I would change/improve today, I remember feeling so genuinely happy while I did this that I still want to share it.
I took a screenshot of this scene ‘cause it went straight to my heart, but couldn’t find the name of the fic again (damn my lurker habits and me using another keyword in my list of read fics). Thank you a thousand times, @lady-de-mon-coeur, for helping me find the name of the fic again <3

Summary: They stepped in closer, shoulder to shoulder to catch the akuma as she landed, but she twisted in midair, landing squarely in front of Cat Noir, swiping at him. He stepped back, trying to keep his balance. Her fingertips almost touched his face, and Ladybug felt her stomach lurch.
“Duck!” she yelled to him as she whipped her yoyo around. He did, but unfortunately, the akuma woman did, too. Ladybug suddenly had no target to latch onto and lost her balance. Her stomach twisted again as she pitched forward. Black hands darted forward to catch her, but too late she realized it wasn't her partner. Cold gloves caught her shoulder and neck, then slid up her face, brushing past her earrings. Cold. The woman's touch froze Ladybug's breath in her throat.
Then there was something warm around her middle. Cat Noir's shout sounded distant as he pulled her away. As the woman's black gloves left her face, Ladybug felt even more heat being pulled from her, along with... something else.
What I liked: The akuma is just awesome, Supportive Tom&Sabine, Marinette understanding that sharing secret identities might not be so bad after all

Adrien realized that the best way to get Marinette's attention was through arguments. He knew it was a desperate ploy for her attention; he might as well have been pulling her pigtails on the playground. But he just couldn’t help himself; she was intoxicating, her little chin tilted up in a challenge, her eyes lit with a fire and determination as they gazed right back into his, the bright blue closer than ever before. It was like a game, and he was always winning.
This would have to be set season 1/season 2, Adrien and Marinette not really being friends yet. Really leans into the ‘as soon as Adrien sees Marinette be Marinette he falls head over heels’. Basically as soon as she’s able to talk to him she’s golden!

Gorilla is the best person in Adrien’s family hands down, no competition. Even though he doesn’t communicate verbally, that does not stop him from conveying his love and value he has for Adrien.
Gorilla first instinct when there are is always to go to Adrien and while it is his job as a bodyguard, I really think his expressions show us how it goes beyond that
Adrien makes him actually happy as seen in Gigantitian where the stress of public parking makes him almost akumatized, but seeing Adrien instantly made him feel better
He also gives Adrien looser ropes within the frames of Gabriel strict enforcements despite him being his employer
Allowed the boys to party with Adrien with some bribing
Let Adrien run after Marinette when she broke up with him
Gorilla is also super protective of Adrien’s well-being (in a cute bodyguard way, not overbearing like his father) like when he jumped in front of Adrien in Simon Says despite him not posing a real front
Gorilla is super gentle towards Adrien when he lifts him up to remove him from dangers
He also tries to protect Adrien from akumas, despite odds being so out of his favor
Even when he was akumatized in The Gorilla, he never displaced his negative feelings on Adrien, he still just wanted him to be safe
Gorilla also is just a good guy in general
It’s endearing how much he loves super heroes. He always listens to their requests and doesn’t interfere
Like in Animaestro he crushed his screen when Ladybug said to stop watching TV/cameras
He also tries so hard to do his job no matter the obstacles that get thrown at him like in Gigantitian and The Gorilla
Just mad respect with this guy, love seeing him in episodes

Hello! Could you tell us anything about the results of the interest check?
Absolutely!
The results from the interest check were very encouraging! Over 250 people filled out the form and almost everyone was supportive of a Ladynoir zine.
About 90% of those interested in the zine hoped it would be both physical and digital and 85% were also interested in having merch for the zine, so we will be moving forward with these goals in mind. There was significantly less interest for the inclusion of cosplayers than for just artists and writers, but we will still open applications for all three.
The charity type which garnered the most support was an environmental charity with particular interest in donating to those affected by the Australian fires. Since there were so many charities suggested and thus interest was spread thin amongst them, we will be hosting future polls to determine which charity the zine will support.
