I finished the lines!

well, sort of, they will be touched up with darker colors when i actually put colors on them. but finally i dont have to worry about erasing pencil anymore XD

but i tried to touch this up a little this time cuz it was a bit fucked up from taking a picture instead of being scanned, its still fucky in places but thats alright since this is just a picture wip. i *hope* when i try to scan it that my scanner still works, honestly. oh, and i censored it again cuz apparently the line there looks too much like a vagoo which i guess it kinda looked like so i'm just essentially erasing it via editing cuz its too late to not add it in asdfasd--

anyway i hope you like the WIP! i probably won't post any tiny progress pictures anymore but bigger ones like this where i finished the lines lol (maybe i'll color block everything before the next update idk)

Don't mind all the hearts, my friend was drawing nearby on the same canvas XD she likes to litter my art with hearts.

His "coat" turns into a literal coat-like object that he wears like a cloak/robe. This is a little bit like a selkie mechanic and he essentially needs the coat to transform into a dragon. So, really he doesn't ever take it off. I won't bore you guys with too much lore so let's go on to his "mom" and "dad"--

And then his parents, Aleric and Keyne. The water spirits i created have only one gender & they're male presenting; but he still calls one of them his mother and one his father, so gender & terms are really just based on their own tastes.

Keyne's hair used to be about the same color as Dragoons, but after a great earthquake destroyed his river and it has since drained away, it has turned white. He has chosen instead of becoming mortal, to die as a water spirit, but he is prolonging his time by resting at home in their healing spring.

Aleric's hair is peppered because of water pollution. So essentially, depending on the health of the river, it will reflect on their persons.

I just saw this among my older things and liked it, so i thought i'd add it onto the things i posted today. It's an old vent piece and there is no particular character here- Warning, slight nudity!

Since you guys have to wait for me to finish the chapter before i upload properly again, i decided to share some random sketches/studies. They're a little older, but they're not on Tumblr ♪(´▽｀)❤✨

i was testing brushes, studying, etc. The last one is from last year on new year's stream, so i doodled those drunk haha. 3/4 of the sketches there are my sona, somehow. (´･ω･`) none of the others are characters, just random stuff for study. Maybe i'll get some more stuff prepared for next time i'm busy with GOM that i did in the past but haven't posted.

The winner of the poll was Sasu! So they go first! 💖😊✨ This is my Sona, Sasuki Mimochi, an original character first and foremost however. I've had them since middle school and they've gone through drastic changes over time, and right now, this is the design i'm settled on. Other versions of my sona will be posted separately or smth because they're drastically different designs. idk. maybe.

I do apologize cuz a lot of the art/sketches i have for them are "vent" style art, as they are my muse and all. But i promise i am fine rn haha (albeit sad i accidentally closed my art program earlier and lost part of my mdzs sketch...)

i also have tons of emotive versions of the 2-d pngtuber you have seen before, here are some of my favorites!

and a little collection of said drawings in action for a video i never finished with my friend sljdkfdhfg-- adhd is my crime and autism is its partner.

As a character Sasu has a very complicated history, and i'm not actually sure i want to keep all of it right now so i'll go over things i'd like to keep (probably)

-Was attacked by some type of werewolf/wolf in the past -shares a soul with an angel so they dont die -cheek piercings cuz i think they're funny and cute -has been married before (character not sona) -Mainly Sasu's species is something called a "Companion" which i might go into one day, but essentially consider them kind of like celestials that go out and try to save people from calamity-style events. -Has two children, Suni & Chrono. However, I might sever Suni from the bunch and keep it to just Chrono cuz Suni/Souren is another character completely in my book and could cause confusion.

anyway that's it for today!! will get into more later and post the next section of Sasu's designs tomorrow :) I will post another sketch separate though cuz its a nude drawing.
